Appointment Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your treatment unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged the full deposit or treatment fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other scheduled clients. If insufficient time remains to safely complete your treatment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees may apply.

Treatment Packages

Package appointments are reserved specifically for you. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of that treatment session, subject to applicable law.

      Treatment Policy for Male Clients

      At Reviven Glow, our practice is dedicated to providing advanced corrective skincare in a private, appointment-only setting.

      At this time, we do not offer general relaxation or maintenance facial treatments and laser hair removal service for male clients.

      We welcome male clients seeking professional treatment for specific skin concerns that require corrective care, including:

      • Acne and acne scarring

      • Pigmentation and uneven skin tone

      • Sun damage

      • Fine lines and signs of aging

      • Loss of firmness and skin rejuvenation

      • Skin texture concerns

      All male clients are required to book an initial skin consultation. Treatment recommendations are made following a comprehensive skin assessment to ensure they are appropriate, safe, and aligned with your individual skincare goals.
